northern edge of Lake Street gets shifted north - right to the space
where businesses are now functioning, employing people, and paying
taxes - and also providing services for people in our neighborhood,

city work like a city, instead of some suburban vision plopped right
in the middle of Lake (take a visit to Hiawatha and Lake to see how
that functions and feels in fair Minneapolis).
